Some flowers such as iris and other spring flowers which have a naturally short vase life may be excluded from this guarantee. Our guarantee is an unconditional replacement or money back guarantee on anything we deliver.
Refunds
We generally issue refunds the same day the item was returned. Cash and Check refunds will be made by a Mailed check. Credit card refunds will be issued back to the same card used to pay only. Please remember credit card refunds can take several days to post.

Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been delivered You may be responsible for specialty items specifically purchased to fill the order. Fruit & Gourmet Basket items are a good example.
